The Robin Hood Blend is our more refined offering — a medium-bodied espresso for drinkers who appreciate subtlety as much as substance.

It begins with two exceptional origins: Guatemala, where Arabica grows slowly in volcanic soils and tropical valleys, developing a gentle complexity; and Brazil’s Cerrado Minas Gerais, whose wide, sun-baked plains produce beans of remarkable consistency and sweetness. Together they create a cup that is soft, balanced, and quietly luxurious.

Sipped black, you’ll find a delicate acidity, a maple-syrup sweetness, and the warm, nutty suggestion of pecan. With milk, it transforms into something smooth and comforting — milk chocolate and toffee, rounded and effortlessly drinkable.
