Fair Flavour was born from a simple belief: great coffee should not be complicated — but it should never be careless. We started in Nottingham with a clear mission: to find the finest ethically sourced speciality beans, curate them with integrity, and deliver them fresh to people who care about what is in their cup.
What We Stand For
Honesty
We do not pretend to be something we are not. We are curators, not roasters — and we are proud of it. Every bean we sell is traceable, ethically traded, and selected because it genuinely deserves to be in your cup.
Quality
We only work with speciality-grade Arabica, scoring 80+ on the SCAA scale. Every blend is cupped, tested, and approved before it earns the Fair Flavour name. No exceptions.
Community
Nottingham is our home. Our blends are named for its legends and its people. We are building a local coffee culture — one honest cup at a time.
Our Process
We partner with a small, independent UK roastery that shares our values — ethical sourcing, small-batch production, and zero compromise on quality. Every order is roasted to demand, packed at peak freshness, and shipped directly to you. From farm to grinder, the chain is short, transparent, and traceable.
The Blends
Our two signature blends are named with pride for our Nottingham home. The Nottingham Blend is bold, full-bodied, and unapologetically rich — built for espresso lovers who want depth and caramel sweetness. The Robin Hood Blend is softer, more refined, with a maple-pecan elegance that rewards the patient drinker.
